Our aim is to leverage my experience as a teacher and certified career counselor to address the individual differences of students and recognize their unique qualities. We believe that counseling should begin in middle school and be a vital component in enhancing academic success. By providing personalized guidance and support, we strive to empower students to discover their strengths, make informed decisions, and embark on a path towards academic and personal fulfillment. Our Counseling serves as a catalyst for students to overcome challenges and achieve their goals. It fosters personal growth, enhances decision-making and problem-solving abilities.  Witnessing the transformation and progress of students, as well as experiencing personal growth through the counseling process, is incredibly rewarding. It is a profession that contributes to the holistic development of both students and counselors alike.

By offering tailored advice, we aim to empower students to navigate their educational and career journeys successfully, ultimately leading them towards fulfilling and meaningful professional lives.

 I am an experienced educator with over 10 years of teaching experience. Throughout my journey as an educator, I have had the opportunity to work in various capacities, including as a school coordinator, course counselor with Aptech Computers, and activity in-charge in a school setting.

During my years as an educator, I have developed teaching methodologies, combining interactive and fun activities that focuses on engaging students and providing them with a deeper understanding of how they can realize and streamline their potential in the best possible way. I strive to enhance their understanding and create a positive learning experience.

As a school coordinator, I had the privilege of leading a team of 32 teachers. In this role, I was responsible for implementing the curriculum, providing training to teachers, and ensuring the quality of education through classroom observations and visits. I also offered counseling and guidance to parents and teachers, addressing concerns related to students and their overall development.

I’ve been honored to receive Best Leader Academic Award, Appreciation Award for leading & guiding the school academic team. Certificate of appreciation from HelpAge India for motivating students to assist the elderly.

With my extensive teaching experience and background in coordination and counseling, I am passionate about making a positive impact on students lives and guiding them towards success. I have been conducting workshops in schools on Career Guidance & Counselling to students & teachers. I look forward to utilizing my skills and knowledge to contribute to the growth and development of students in a fulfilling educational environment.

I enjoy reading, writing blogs, exploring new destinations, nurturing plants in my free time. Alongside providing career counselling, I dedicate some time to pursue these passions.
